Neuro Linguistic Programming or NLP is an approach to personal development and communication, whether is within yourself or with others; by using simple techniques developed in the 1970’s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder. This technique is based in the idea that through the connection of what we think, speak and model we can create real improvement in reaching whatever goals we have in life.
NLP can really make a difference treating stress, phobias, depression, allergies, among other things; is a non-invasive method and is easy to learn and apply in almost every aspect of our lives.
NLP really empower us to achieve goals that could feel too out of reach or impossible to obtain; this is not “magic” by any means; as we know, we have to work for what we want, but this is a tool that helps us to get to those places we didn’t think we could.
All sessions last 40 minutes, however, the first session can take up to an hour. Phone, webcam or long distance sessions are available.
